Return Process

3️⃣ Inspection & Refund Processing

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it within 3-5 business days.

Order Cancellation Policy
As we work with a fully automated system, orders are processed immediately upon purchase. Therefore, we cannot cancel orders once they have been placed. If your order is already in transit, you will need to wait until delivery and then request a return.
Chargeback & Dispute Policy
If a chargeback or PayPal case/dispute is opened without contacting us first, your return request may be denied. Please reach out to us first so we can assist you promptly.
Shipments in Transit & Delivery Delays
Our products ship from Asia, and there may be longer transit times beyond our control. If the item is already in transit, cancellation is not possible. Please wait for delivery and then initiate a return if necessary.

Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we must refund all payments we have received from you, excluding delivery costs. Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
For the refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction unless another method is agreed upon. No additional processing fees will be charged for the refund.
